Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At The Grotto, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because late cancellations and missed appointments leave little opportunity to offer that time to another guest, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if circumstances outside of your control prevent you from keeping your appointment. Exceptions may be made at The Grotto’s discretion.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not contact us beforehand will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before receiving future services at The Grotto.

Late Arrivals

We encourage guests to arrive on time so you can enjoy the full length of your scheduled service.

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the appointments that follow yours. The full scheduled service price will still apply.

If there is not enough time remaining to safely and effectively provide your service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.

Appointments Canceled by The Grotto

In the rare event that The Grotto or your therapist needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will never be charged a cancellation fee, and we will make every effort to accommodate you with a new appointment as soon as possible.
